08 Prohibited Conduct

• Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

• Money laundering: Using ku9vip to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been used for betting.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

ku9vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same individual.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Inactivity for an extended period as defined in our account policy.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason, your available balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any applicable verification checks.
